Eid ul-Adha “Festival of the Sacrifice”. The culmination of the annual pilgrimage to Makkah and honouring our profit Ibrahim’s (RUH) willingness to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to Allah (SWT).
This is a significant time of the Islamic calendar. However, the poorer communities simply can’t afford to observe Qurbani. Again, it is also a time of inflated prices on essential food items. In retrospect, it is a sacrifice as there will be people going without food.
This is an annual appeal. From donations for Qurbani packages we distribute it to communities of poorer regions.
Many of these communities are supported throughout the year. By doing so we can monitor their situation and provide further aid.
You can support this wonderful cause and help us to reach these communities and distribute to as many families as we can.
Add this to your calendar.
Costing as little as £90 for a share of the animal.
